Position Details
•Responsible for Clinic and Lab Teams
•Ensure all team positions are filled
•Develop and update training platforms and knowledge base
•Perform regular performance reviews
•Provide backup support for various positions
•Develop and implement new techniques, systems, and technologies
•Help to design a patient’s overall treatment experience
•Design workflows, systems, and processes to ensure consistent results
•Monitor and ensure the quality of services provided
•Maintenance for all dental, lab, and technology equipment
•Build and foster excellent relationships with vendors and other business partners
•Report on and ensure all KPI’s are consistently achieved
Qualifications
•Highschool degree or higher
•Successful leadership track record of 5 or more direct reports
•Previous experience in high-end client experiences
•Excellent communication skills
•Creative problem-solving skills
•Ability to multi-task
•Excellent computer and technology skills
Schedule
•Must be available on clinic days and on non-clinic days for infrequent emergencies
•Must be available to work at our Ala Moana location
Compensation Package
• $50,000 salary
